Facades Estimator

Your new company
You will be joining a passive fire protection company based in Nottingham and work within their facades division. This company has seen continued growth and due to this are looking to expand their commercial team by onboarding an experienced Facades Estimator. There is excellent opportunities to progress wthin the company and having with the continued growth, now is a great time to join the team.

Your new role
Reviewing Specifications and Drawings: Carefully examining all specification documents and architectural/engineering drawings.Quotation Generation: Creating and providing accurate quotations that adhere to the Company's established procedures and approved documentation.
Client Interaction and Negotiation: Following up on quotations, engaging in negotiations with clients, and relaying feedback to the Estimating Manager or Commercial Manager/Director.
Cost Estimation: Gathering cost information for raw materials and subcontracted items.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have previous experience as a facades estimator or similar field.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary up to £50,000 (DOE), free on-site parking and progression opportunities.
