Fabricator required for a leading supplier to the offshore oil and gas industry, specializing in providing high-quality components and equipment. The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance of their site in St Helens and preferably be time served.

Fabricator Position Overview

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate metal components and structures according to project requirements.
  • Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including but not limited to welding machines, cutting torches, grinders, and drills.
  • Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and other fabrication tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Measure and inspect fabricated components to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve any fabrication-related issues and ensure the timely completion of projects.

Fabricator Position Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, including welding, cutting, and grinding.

Fabricator Position Remuneration

  • Salary dependent on experience
