GI Group are currently looking for an experienced Fabricator to join one of our clients based in Walkden.

Job details:

Monday - Friday
07:30 - 16:00

pay- £21 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret engineer's drawings and "Q" sketches
* Ability to mark out and fabricate to high standard
* Ability to use Oxy/Acetylene, Plasma
* Be competent of using and working with materials ranging from 3mm - 30mm thick
* Have a good standard and experience of MIG and TIG welding coded to 96061.
* Be confident and competent in drilling, cutting, burning and plasma, press brakes, guillotines.

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

* Minimum 5 years fabrication and 5 years welding experience combined
* Full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of structural steel packages and secondary steel packages.
* It is not essential but advantageous to have a valid: CSCS Trade Card.
