Fabric engineer

Fabric Engineer required to start immediately on an ongoing temporary contract.

£20-£22 per hour.

M-F 8-5

This is a chance to join one of London's most attractive maintenance outfits.

This will be a temp to perm position working Monday to Friday 08:00am till 17:00pm

£18 to £21 per hour

Day to day duties:
? General maintenance
? Repairs
? General upkeep of the properties.
? Plumbing issues
? Painting and decorating
? Changing door locks
? Fitting cabinets/shelves
? Minor electrical issues
? Lifting furniture, and general DIY
? Occasional pick-ups and deliveries.

Qualifications:
? Own tools
? PPE (personal protective equipment)
? Previous experience
