Are you currently looking for a new opportunity as a F&B Assistant Manager? My client is a 4-star hotel based in East London that is currently looking for an experienced F&B (Food and Beverage) Manager to join their team. Within regards to the opportunity, they are looking for someone who can work well in a team as well as communicate with both staff and guests.

What does the role entail?

Your roles as the F&B Assistant Manager will be to lead the hotel team throughout food services and events and room service ensuring key areas of the business are supported and developed. You will be working alongside the rest of the food and beverage teams, covering the staff recruitment, and training, ordering, and invoicing, and to foster up and coming talent. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, bar and catering areas, proving a positive work atmosphere and being the voice of the staff for the site. You will also be working with external suppliers, deliveries, and customer among others. Finally, you will ensure the company acquires, retains, and trains new members to the team to have an optimal happy workforce.

What they are looking for:

The ideal candidate for this F&B Assistant Manager role will be able to perform the above duties with ease. It would be advantageous if you have experience in food and beverage management, as well as work in hotels. It would also be advantageous if you have experience as the manager of a team and being up to date on current customer trends. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player, who can step in to support the management and development of all as well.
