EYFS/Year 1 Teaching Assistant

You will be working in a large primary school in the Chelmsley Wood area. The school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The school is friendly and welcoming and has high expectations for all of its children.
Your new role
You will be working full time as a teaching assistant in EYFS and Year 1. You will be teaching phonics, so it is essential that you have experience in this. The school use Read, Write, Inc. (RWI) to teach phonics, therefore, it would be advantageous to have experience with this scheme of work.This role is to begin ASAP.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or supporting teaching and learning. Ideally you will have experience in EYFS. You will also be a good team player have a good understanding and knowledge of the Early Years and National Curriculum.In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
