As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of our youngest learners. With a focus on nurturing a positive and engaging atmosphere, you'll assist the class teacher in delivering creative and stimulating activities tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

EYFS Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to children, ensuring their holistic development across all areas.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of age-appropriate learning materials and activities.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor children's progress and address any concerns.
• Promote positive behaviour management techniques, fostering independence and self-regulation.
• Utilize your creativity and initiative to enhance the learning experiences of our EYFS learners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning in schools or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education or equivalent.
• Desirable: First aid training, child protection certification, and evidence of continuous professional development.

This is a contract position offering a competitive daily rate between £90-115, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our youngest learners!
