Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are currently working closely with a 3 form entry Primary School in the BS3 area of Bristol who are seeking a EYFS Teacher to join their team from September.

You will join a welcoming, talented and committed teaching team with the opportunity to have an impact on developing an EYFS curriculum that can engage, excite and encourage children to challenge their learning.

The Role

You will be joining the EYFS teaching team on a Full-Time basis from September.

As the Class Teacher, you will be working closely with other teachers to plan creative and engaging activities for the children to develop their learning and become the best they can be.

The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who has a great deal of experience throughout EYFS or KS1, someone who also has great knowledge of Phonics.

You will be expected to:

  • Be creative and bring your initiative to the classroom.

  • Ability to assess children’s knowledge and development.

  • Plan engaging and exciting activities to attract children to their learning.

  • Be confident with differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all children.

  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children.

  • Work closely with the Class Teaching Assistant to provide 1 to 1 support to individual pupils.
