EYFS Teacher

We are seeking an experienced EYFS Teacher to join a lovely community primary school in central Grimsby. The position is set to start after the Easter holidays and will continue until at least the summer. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for early years education and a desire to work within a strong, supportive leadership team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Full class responsibilities including planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that engage and inspire young learners.
- Work collaboratively with an experienced team, another EYFS teacher, and several early years practitioners and teaching assistants.
- Contribute to the nurturing environment that supports children’s early development.
- Engage with the school community and participate in school events.
- Uphold the school’s values and contribute to its mission to provide outstanding education.
- Must hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Over 2 years of experience in an EYFS setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- Unfortunately, ECTs (Early Career Teachers) will not be considered for this role.
