The school want to meet an enthusiastic and active EYFS ECT who has the ability to engage pupils effectively. The ideal EYFS ECT should possess the determination and perseverance to meet new challenges head on and quickly get to the bottom of any issues that may arise. The EYFS ECT must have an undeniable passion for the whole process of education, bringing an enthusiastic approach to each element of their role. Ideally, the school need an EYFS ECT who is able to maintain a high degree of engagement through delivering fun, interactive lessons.

In this EYFS ECT post you will be joining one of the school's Early Years classes as an EYFS ECT and you will be working with great teaching resources, like newly built soft play areas. You will be developing your skills by working closely with a Senior Teacher and making the most of the ample training and CPD opportunities. You will have the responsibility of teaching a dynamic and modern curriculum that had been designed by the SLT to provide a relevant connection to the world outside the school gates.
