Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
- Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
- Manage the 59-flat service and oversee the support of the service users who have a variety of needs
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
- Oversee staff rota, ensuring quality and compliance
- To encourage participation in social activities on-site and to build connections in the wider community
- To work with our partner housing provider to promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the scheme
- Previous experience as a Manager in a care setting essential, preferably within extra/ domiciliary/residential care or supported housing
- Driven and ambitious
- Good management skills and is willing to take on responsibility
- A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
- Level 5 qualification or working towards
- £40,000 - £45,000
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Working for a charity
