The Company

Extremely well-established beauty business founded in London specialising in providing skincare treatments powered by natural sources. All products are manufactured in the UK and distributed to over 40 different countries within retailers, clinics and spas.

What will you do?

• Liaise with the 3PL partners ensuring orders are sent OTIF
• Process export ecommerce orders accurately onto the system
• Deal with stock issues, back orders, and work closely with supply chain
• Manage product pricing and compile sales reports for management
• Provide sales support to the international sales director
• Customer invoicing, CRM management and credit refunds
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and suppliers

What do you need?

• Export sales admin experience ideally within FMCG or Beauty
• Knowledge of export documentation
• Understands the supply chain activities and the end-to-end cycle
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
