An exciting new opportunity has opened at one of Europe's leading wholesalers within the Health and Fitness industry. Our vision is to become the most well-known name in the business when it comes to nutrition due to the outstanding service we provide.
We are looking for an experienced export manager to manage to help support our existing sales teams and help grow the companies market share within a very competitive industry. A keen interest and knowledge of sports nutrition and health and fitness would be a real bonus however we are keen to discuss the role with people from all backgrounds.
This is a full time office based role at our UK headquarters in Dunnington near York however candidates will be required to visit customers through the year.
Although the job is primarily office based 8am-4pm Monday to Friday on occasion you will be required to support your customers at promotional events which will fall out of these hours. You will also be required to attend trade shows throughout the year which will also fall out of these hours.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Previous experience of managing a team
Previous experience in B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative and flexible approach to meet the demands of the business
Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
Create promotions for Powerbody’s wholesale website
Recruit and train new staff
Collaborate with different departments on company projects
Seek new ways to improve the performance of the sales team
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Growing distribution by developing new and existing accounts
Delivering outstanding customer service and building long term relationships
Keeping your accounts up to date on the latest brands, products and promotions
Visit potential new and existing customers
Support customers at promotional events
Attend trade shows
