THE COMPANY

This conglomerate of retailers is going through a growth phase. They're looking to decentralise the function, to help other teams in the business be able to self-serve in experimentation.

THE ROLE

This role is for someone looking to develop and grow their personal skillset in a fast-paced environment surrounded by like-minded individuals.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Google Analytics 4 for analysis
• AB testing/CRO experience - ideally in Optimizely
• Server-side testing experience a bonus but not essential
