We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and Experienced Solicitor/Fee Earner within Wills & Estates to join our client's well-established law firm based just on the outskirts of Leeds, who have a longstanding and loyal client base.

You will be a confident self-starter, able to hit the ground running with experience in a broad range of elderly client work including wills, trusts, administration of estates, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters. You will also be expected to play a key role in developing and building the elderly client offerings through networking and business development where you will help drive the Wills & Estates team forward.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years PQE
  • Experience in handling a full and varied caseload of elderly client matters
  • Proven track record of handling your own caseload of claims
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate a strong academic background
  • Strong Business Development
  • Empathetic nature

Salary

  • £40,000 - £60,000 Depending on PQE and experience
