EXPERIENCED LSA needed for SEN School in Blackpool

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a Special Educational Needs school in Blackpool. As a vital member of the team, you will provide invaluable support to students with diverse learning needs.

Location: Blackpool

Hours: 8:30am-3.30pm, Monday-Friday

Rate: £83-£90 per day

Your role will involve:

• Assisting with classroom activities
• Providing one-on-one support
• Fostering a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with special educational needs is essential
• Ideally will have relevant qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

All pay rates that are offered will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. Our working opportunities include temporary positions, permanent contracts and ad-hoc supply.
