Kerry Collins have an exciting opportunity, working a well-established client based in Walsall

Our client is looking for an Experienced Bookkeeper to join the company's existing team on a permanent basis

We are looking for a driven candidate, in a fast paced environment to provide all round Bookkeeping support for multiple company locations based at the company’s Head Office

£30,000 PA

Full Time–Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm – 37.5 HPW

Part Time/Flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate

The Role will involve:

•              Maintaining financial records including purchases, sales, receipts and payments on Sage accounts software

•              Reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns

•              Handling invoices, transactions, and accounts payable/receivable

•              Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.

•              VAT return preparation, review, and submission

•              Managements accounts preparation

•              Maintaining the financial records of the company using accounting software

•              Managing till reports, reconciling them with cash and card income.

•              Assist with monthly Payrolls via Sage 50

The ideal candidate will have:

•              A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.

•              Proficiency with SAGE accounts & SAGE payroll software

•              Strong Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
