Experienced Amazon Operations and Sales Specialist

We seek an experienced Amazon Operations and Sales Specialist to join our growing team! As an Amazon Operations and Sales Specialist, you will manage and execute Amazon sales and operations strategies to drive revenue and growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with sales operations, including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries

- Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data and trends

- Develop and execute Amazon sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Monitor and analyze Amazon sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Create and manage Amazon product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product pricing, promotion, and inventory management.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with Amazon marketplace partners and customers.

- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer service resolution.

- Manage Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive sales.

- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Amazon operations and sales.

- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics and selling strategies.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
