Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research into clients and consumer markets across the globe
• Engage in phone conversations with senior individuals to assess candidate criteria
• Coordinate candidate interviews and guide senior stakeholders through the search process
• Source potential candidates through networking, research, and headhunting
• Stay abreast of developments in the consumer market and identify client opportunities
• Manage all associated administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
• Ensure ongoing systems management related to the search process
