Working as part of a close-knit team specialising in senior appointments in the social sector, we are looking for a conscientious, process driven and methodical executive search researcher to support the consultants in day-to-day search activities. Managing a busy workload of conflicting projects you will thrive under pressure and complete projects to the highest standards.

What a typical day looks like for an Executive Search Researcher

  • Working at the heart of the busy social sector team you will be offering full administrative support, leading on research projects and completing tasks with the utmost care
  • Liaising with both candidates and clients in a friendly, professional manner, answering queries and proving world class service
  • Managing a busy diary, scheduling client meetings and interviews
  • Producing detailed candidate briefing packs and thorough client reports
  • Helping to longlist and shortlist potential candidates
  • Support with the creation of winning client proposals, able to create accurate, high quality documents
  • Confident user of all Microsoft packages, with a creative flair for producing visually appealing documents

The ideal Executive Researcher will have:

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent with an interest in the social sector
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team, able to handle conflicting deadlines with ease
  • Confident at managing a project from start to finish
  • Able to build rapport with people at all levels
  • A professional manner and positive demeanour
  • Accurate and able to produce documents of the highest standards
  • Previous recruitment or executive search experience would be advantageous
  • A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others
