Executive Search Consultant - 2024 Graduate

Package: £35,000 basic salary bonus (OTE Y1 £60,000, Y2 £100,000+, Y3 £200,000+)

The Role:

• Developing professional relationships
• Working on mandates for the biggest private equity houses in the world
• Researching the market and mapping out the most suitable performers
• Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Managers
• Writing advertisements and headhunting candidates
• Guiding candidates through the interview process

The Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree from a red brick or Russell Group university
• Ability to research and market map
• Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
• Inherent competitive nature
• Great communication skills
• Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
