Are you a dynamic and proactive professional with a passion for crafting exceptional live events and custom builds?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end management of high-quality, complex, and production-intensive events, from design and planning to flawless onsite delivery.
• Demonstrate expertise in event strategy, translating client objectives into actionable internal critical paths, covering resource allocation, logistics, design, venue selection, and technical production, while effectively communicating timelines.
• Serve as the linchpin for the production and project management of events, or designated areas within larger events.
• Collaborate seamlessly with technical production and creative teams, effectively communicating across various disciplines.
• Develop branding scope and deliverable briefing documents tailored to different venues, actively proposing branding opportunities to upsell company services and meet client goals.
• Possess a profound understanding of content, event run-of-show, and the key individuals required to bring a show to life.
• Contribute innovative ideas to event formats, fearlessly pushing boundaries to surprise and delight both clients and attendees.
• Navigate competitive scenarios, challenge briefs, and add value to discussions and presentations as appropriate.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by efficiently managing tight deadlines across the entire project team.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
