THE ROLE

A fantastic position has now become available for an Executive Content Producer to join a brilliant team and be responsible for the development and production of content across their events portfolio.

With a focus on executive and C-suite targeted forums, you will research and build industry leading topical content agendas for intimate VIP meetings with key industry players, that can also be adapted and scaled-up to large-scale conference content programmes.

This is a broad role that includes:

•          Researching, designing and developing all aspects of content across a range of events

•          Ensuring content is accurate & engaging, correctly presented and aligned with the industry

•          Overseeing speaker selection process

•          Collaborating with internal teams including operations, sales and event management

•          Creating timelines and resource schedules

•          Developing relationships with sponsors and key industry contacts

•          Driving external research

•          Creating and managing budgets

•          Driving and encouraging innovation across the team

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference organiser, association or similar event environment at a senior level. The role calls for a client facing individual who has strong conference production and team management skills as this person will be required to produce conference agendas.  Experience of engaging members in the process of creating content is key as it the ability to motivate and inspire a team! In addition candidates must be open to travel to attend events.
