An Executive Assistant is needed in a fast-paced public sector environment, based in Leeds. This temporary role requires a proactive individual with excellent secretarial and business support skills.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and business support to the team
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Manage and maintain databases and filing systems
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information flow
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • A proven track record in providing professional secretarial and business support
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Offer

  • £14.52 hourly rate
