Our client is an established advisory firm looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their firm in London. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable company. This will be a busy and varied role best suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and has experience working in professional services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective support to the Managing Partner and Chief of Staff.
- Proactive diary management for an ever-changing and busy diary
- Travel coordination – coordinating flights, accommodation, and itineraries across multiple time zones
- Internal social media management
- Inbox management
- Act as the first point of contact for senior members, ensuring all relevant messages are passed on and priority messages are actioned in time
- Prepare and create documents and presentations
- Assist with preparation for the appraisal process
- Process expenses and timesheets for the team
- Follow up on action points from regular team meetings
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal Executive Assistant is a hardworking, reliable, and personable individual. You must have an acute attention to detail and demonstrable experience using initiative and critical thinking.
- Experience supporting senior members within professional services
- Able to quickly alter priorities and complete tasks on time
- A people person who can get along with different personalities
- Comfortable taking responsibility for business-critical tasks
- Able to multitask while working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
