We are recruiting for a Executive Assistant to join the team of our client who are based in Central Bedfordshire. The role is part of the brand development team and will proactively support the goals of the department.

Key responsibilities for an Executive Assistant

  • Coordination of schedules and calendar management.
  • Organising internal and external meetings.
  • Preparing and proof-reading presentations, documents and reports.
  • Research and contribution to departmental projects.
  • Management and maintenance of attendance and holiday requests for the department,
  • ensuring that there is sufficient staff cover at all times to deliver project deadlines and
  • objectives.
  • Communication of regular report deadlines and responsible for collating and ensuring
  • delivery of these in a timely manner.
  • General administrative support.
  • Regular liaison and co-ordination with the other EAs.

Experience and skills for an Executive Assistant

  • Previous EA or PA experience to board level executive
  • Experience working in a B2B business environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator
  • Anaturalmulti-tasker
  • Is trustworthy and takes responsibility for managing deadlines
  • Abletolearnquickly
