Executive assistant to CCO - 6 month FTC
up to £65k plus Flexible Benefits Allowance £7,600
Hybrid Working - 3 days a week in the office

I am currently recruiting for an experienced, C-suite level Executive Assistant to join a Commercial Bank in London that specialises in investment and trade finance. You will be a self-starter, someone who is solutions focused, thinks outside the box and have excellent stakeholder engagement experience. This is a 6 month fixed term contract initially with a view to extend.

Providing administrative support to the CCO across all functions that they are responsible for;

Financial Crime
Regulatory Compliance
Legal
Company Secretariat
Special focus on governance, administration, records, action tracking, committees coordination and general support

Key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities rather than the day to day activities of the job
Administrative Support - Diary Management, prioritisation, records management, ad hoc administrative duties.
Governance CoSec Support - Supporting the CoSec in the delivery of all required duties at an Executive level, including provision of adequate coverage during CoSec absences. This will include maintaining company records, filings and records.
Governance Committees - Assisting in the minute taking of some Executive Committees, compiling of Committee Papers and following up on any associated actions.
Strategy Support - Supporting the leads within the Compliance and Governance teams in the delivery of bank wide initiatives and projects.

Candidate specifications / experience:

Experience of supporting Senior C-Suite Executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CCO) in a medium-sized regulated institution.
A basic understanding of the UK regulatory environment and the importance of the above mentioned functions within that landscape..
Prepared to further develop skills and knowledge in the role.
A very confident, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a personal commitment to continuous improvement.
A problem solver who can stay calm under pressure and demonstrate forward thinking with the ability to adapt to all personalities and form positive relationships with colleagues.
Attention to detail and understanding of the importance of concise, accurate and timely communications.
Able to manage multiple priority items within a highly fluid environment.
