Our client, a UK national body, are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide key support to their Chief Executive and President.

Reporting into the CEO, this role would suit someone who has previous support experience - in particular; heavy diary management and scheduling.

Due to the nature of the information that you will be handling, discretion is absolutely integral for this role as well as being able to effectively manage both your time and others.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis (35hrs per week) with hybrid working - two days in the office and three days from home.

A keen interested in charity, academia, politics and humanities would be advantageous but not essential.

Duties will include:

  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
  • Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
  • Liaising with other support staff to ensure diaries are aligned
  • Project support
  • Assisting the team in event and committee planning
  • Budget management
  • Other administrative tasks
