We're currently seeking a proactive and high-capacity individual to support the pioneering drive of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and advance the mission of the charity.

Working for a faith based organisation there is an occupational requirement to be a practising Christian in this role.

Position: Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Swindon/hybrid

Hours: Full-time, flexible working available

Salary: £36,000 to £42,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

The Role

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the CEO can concentrate on strategic responsibilities while maintaining seamless communication with important contacts. This includes researching, drafting and editing documents, email management, and providing support with event and travel logistics.

In addition to external tasks, you'll also play a key role in overseeing the CEO's day-to-day operations. This involves organising their schedule, managing expenses, minuting key meetings and other providing administrative support when needed. By managing the CEO’s time and workload effectively, you'll enable them to focus on critical tasks and leadership responsibilities.

But your responsibilities go beyond simply managing the CEO's inbox and diary. You’ll also ensure that these interactions reflect the organisation's values and objectives. Collaborating closely with the Communications and Marketing Department, you'll help develop and refine presentation materials for the CEO and oversee social media efforts to broaden the CEO's reach.

About You

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, along with a passion for the organisations mission and building strong relationships. You will be a confident administrator who is capable of aligning actions and priorities with the strategic and operational goals, and will have the confidence to guide others accordingly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a range of social media platforms is required, as is the ability to travel domestically in the UK and work irregular hours as needed.

In essence, you'll serve as a vital bridge between the CEO and stakeholders, advancing the organisation's mission through clear communication, relationship-building, and strategic support.
