An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled experienced CEO/ Board level EA (5+ years EA experience) to join this charming and highly regarded CEO in business matters with some private assistance as needed.

To be considered you will be supporting at C-Suite level witin a Big Four Accountancy firm, Investment Banking or a top Law Firm as an Executive Assistant with a CV highlighting longevity and commitment to your current employer.

Based in Victoria, London, you will work on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)

The CEO runs a busy niche international business and needs someone well versed in juggling multiple requests, with the highest level of discretion and exemplary attention to detail. Degree standard is much preferred, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, top Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must, be well versed working under pressure and be a hands on personable character.

You will be one step ahead of your CEO, running the diary, scheduling all meetings and calls, external events and gatekeeping, coordination of extensive international and national travel, providing full itineraries - flights, visas, hotel bookings and connections, project support, assisting the CEO with office and administrative matters, personal diary and travel to household payments and administrative tasks, working alongside the Office Manager to ensure the administrative function runs smoothly and processing expenses.
