- Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence with promptness and professionalism.
- Assist with personal errands, coordinate personal events, and maintain confidentiality in all personal matters.
- Provide business support by preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and conducting relevant research.
- Liaise with franchisors, property agents, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities.
- Proven experience as an EA/PA or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
