An excellent opportunity to join a world renowned law firm in the Corporate Governance team. You will support the Governance Manager with the day to day running of the governance team and key meetings. It’s a part time role and would suit someone with experience in Governance, minute taking and excellent secretarial experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to board meetings and distribute papers.
  • Attend meetings and produce accurate and timely minutes.
  • Act as deputy for the Governance Manager taking minutes at meetings as appropriate.
  • Manage calendar reminders and reminder emails ahead of deadlines.
  • Support meeting administration including documents, resources and catering.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Teams and Zoom.
  • Experience in minute taking and ideally shorthand skills.
  • Ideally and understanding of corporate governance.

The role is initially a 12 month FTC with potential to extend for the right person. Part time hours approx. 18 hours per week. Hybrid working is available, candidates should be present for in person meetings in London. Salary is up to £50,000 (full time equivalent), salary will be paid pro rata.
