We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise classes, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their tasks.

• Classroom Management: Supervise lessons in the absence of teaching staff, following pre-set work provided by the teacher.
• Student Engagement: Ensure students complete assigned tasks and maintain good order within the classroom.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to different subject areas and year groups.
• Behavioural Support: Manage student behaviour effectively, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Communication: Collaborate with teaching staff and communicate any issues or concerns promptly.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree OR experience in a Secondary school as a Cover Supervisor or Learning Support Assistant .
• Experience in an educational setting (school, college, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students effectively.
• Adaptability and the capacity to handle diverse classroom situations.
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners.
