We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators at secondary schools in in Newham and Tower Hamlets . As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations, providing a supportive environment for students to excel in their assessments.

Exam Invigilator Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of exams, ensuring compliance with examination board regulations and guidelines.
• Set up examination venues and distribute exam papers and materials to candidates.
• Monitor candidates during exams to prevent cheating and maintain the integrity of the examination process.
• Respond promptly to any issues or incidents that may arise during exams, following established procedures.
• Collect completed exam papers and materials at the end of each session and ensure their secure return.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of exam venues, including arranging seating plans and necessary equipment.
• Provide support and guidance to candidates as needed, ensuring a positive exam experience for all.

Exam Invigilator Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions and procedures.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including mornings and afternoons, during exam periods.
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
