Would you like to join an amzing charity supporting ex-offenders to rehabiliate?  You will be working with a small caseload of clients to get them job ready.  Typical tasks include:

  • Client Engagement: Manage a caseload, conduct screenings, and tailor support plans effectively.
  • Programme Management: Track participants' progress throughout the programme, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Pre-Employment Support: Guide clients toward job readiness through referrals and engaging workshops.
  • Workshops and Training: Lead informative sessions on essential topics and deliver enriching short courses to enhance participants' skillsets.

The main office for the charity is Kennington, but you will work with clients across Southwark and Tower Hamlets.  Its mostly office based with the off day / half day working from here or there.
