We are seeking a Product & Event Specialist to lead the creation, development, and management of innovative products and courses, as well as the planning and organising of impactful events and programs that align with our company’s vision and goals.

• Plan and organise high-quality events that effectively engage participants and support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Identify new product/service/training event opportunities and collaborate with trainers to develop content and offerings.
• Evaluate product and event funnels for improvement and identify sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop professional relationships to explore potential partnerships and collaborations.
• Manage the creation and integration of new products, including live and virtual events, webinars, keynotes, and lead magnet products.
• Oversee the growth of existing training courses and continuation programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define event goals and implement plans that promote the brand.
• Research market trends to identify new opportunities for the organisation.

• Experience in event management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage costs effectively.
• Independent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational, planning, project, and time management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and coordinate team efforts.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in IT (training provided if necessary).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
