Job Title: Events & Marketing Manager
Location: Macclesfield
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Role: Full-Time Permanent

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Events & Marketing Manager to join a team in Macclesfield. As the Events & Marketing Manager, you will spearhead event initiatives while also managing various marketing functions. We are looking for someone who is not just a delegator but a doer, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute their creative ideas and expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events throughout the year, ensuring each event aligns with brand identity and exceeds expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events and enhance brand visibility across multiple channels.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, stationary, and showroom presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, secure venues, and manage budgets for events.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and events, leveraging data insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and elevate our marketing and event efforts.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in event management and marketing, with a track record of successful event execution.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
