We are seeking a creative and proactive Events & Marketing Assistant to join our clients dynamic marketing team. This role involves shaping, supporting, and delivering marketing plans and events both in the UK and overseas.

- Temp to Perm

- Biggleswade (4 days in office, 1 home working)

- Full Time: Monday - Friday (3:30pm finish on a Friday)

Day to Day of the role:
  • Prepare and attend various events and exhibitions, managing all aspects from logistics to execution.
  • Maintain a global show schedule, coordinating with retailers and distributors.
  • Handle event-related tasks, including post-event dispatch and inventory management.
  • Monitor marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and compile reports to guide future activities.
  • Update company websites, manage digital assets, and respond to online enquiries.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and maintain brand reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event planning and marketing.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel for events and shows.
