TN Recruits are working on a fantastic opportunity with a highly successful international events company to source an outstanding and experienced Events Manager with a flair for interacting with people to oversee and ensure the continued success of their exhibitions and client satisfaction.   

Day to Day will include: 
  • Exhibition Management – creation of exhibitor manuals, working with the team to develop and implement successful plans to assist the sales process. 
  • Supplier management – appointing suppliers and their services, managing logistics and health & safety. 
  • Venue management – confirmation of all details, coordination with all parties on event details and addressing and challenges, risk assessment and health & safety liaison, capacities and menus, floor plans agreed  
  • Speaker liaison – working with partner associations in the gathering of key information relating to speakers and gaining patronage from supporting associations   
The ideal person:
  • Must have extensive events sector experience (can be varied)
  • High attention to detail with fantastic organisational and multitasking ability 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • High degree of accuracy 
  • Proficient with Microsoft office 
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Hours / Location: 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday, Tunbridge Wells area, Kent (close to station)
