An Events Executive is sought to orchestrate and administer a range events. The role demands a remarkable ability to organise, deliver, and promote events that align with the company's strategic objectives.

The firm is a recognised leader within the Professional Services industry, with offices based in Bedfordshire. This reputable company is known for its commitment to quality and its substantial contribution to its field.

Description

The Events Executive will have the following responsibilities:

  • Organise, manage and deliver a range of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and webinars in partnership with the events Manager
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning
  • Create and distribute event listings and promotional materials
  • Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events
  • Coordinate with the wider team to create effective event marketing strategies
  • Manage event budgets efficiently in partnership with the Manager
  • Handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.

Profile

A successful Events Executive should have:

  • A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field would b desirable
  • Proven experience in managing and attending events
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suit
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Offer

The Events Executive will receive:

  • A competitive salary c.£35,000 per annum
  • Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • A supportive and professional work environment
  • Must have a driving license and be prepared to stay overnight for events
  • Hybrid working - must be able to attend offices once a week ideally.
