We are a well-established company, trading for over 70 years supporting businesses around the UK and are looking for an Events Coordinatorto join the team. Your main responsibility is to plan and organise all our company events and conferences. You will be managing the administration duties to support the events, registrations, data entry on CRM, orders, managing diaries, telephone and more !

  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Working together with the events team
  • Processing registrations
  • Managing diaries
  • Updating CRM
  • Telephone coverage
  • Corresponding with venues
  • Emails

Qualifications / Skillset

  • Experience in a similar event coordinator role
  • Administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office / word / etc
  • CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Friendly and confident

Salary / benefits

  • Salary up to 23k
  • Pension
