What do the team do?

This role will assist the Events and Marketing team in delivering outstanding in-person events to Price Bailey's external audience (clients, referrers, contacts and prospective) and to assist in the management and growth of the network of sponsorship positions that Price Bailey hold across the practice.

What will I be doing?

As an Events and Sponsorship Assistant you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Work with the Marketing team from the point that events are a concept through to delivery and to debrief.
  • Assist in the management and growth of our sponsored organisations and benefits and maintain those relationships.
  • Centralise sponsorship requests from across the firm into a process of evaluation to help with decision making and consequent approval from Management.
  • Coordinate a range of Price Bailey internal and external events from initial venue enquires to on the day event coordination.
  • Attend events personally to oversee all aspects and ensure a smooth running on the day.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Prior events coordination experience (minimum criteria).
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills (minimum criteria).
  • Proven experience handling multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Good telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Minimum of five GCSEs, or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics.
