Title: Event Project Manager - Creative/Events Agency

Location: London HYBRID Flex 3 office day.

Salary: £47k-£50k

You'll ensure seamless communication, keeping all stakeholders abreast of project progress and ensuring deliverables are met promptly and within budget. Your focus on key client will involve crafting and executing strategic global plans for brand and retail, while other projects may encompass delivering exhibition stands, pavilions, conferences, virtual and hybrid events, and specialized activations.

Operating across multiple projects for key client demands exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You'll seamlessly navigate between projects, utilizing all tools at your disposal to ensure stakeholders are well-informed at all times. A skilled communicator, both orally and in writing, you'll lead projects from the forefront, setting the pace and tone, and ensuring alignment between client and agency teams.

You'll ensure seamless communication, keeping all stakeholders abreast of project progress and ensuring deliverables are met promptly and within budget.

Demonstrate your prowess in account management, nurturing key client relationships and identifying opportunities for project enhancement and expansion. You'll meticulously manage project timelines, chair meetings with stakeholders, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and keep projects on course.

Key responsibilities:

· Proficient in managing diverse teams, including multi-disciplinary and client-specific teams.

· Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and motivating teams towards project success.

· Proven track record in producing and overseeing Critical Time Paths (CTPs) to ensure project timelines are met.

· Experienced in tracking and managing project tasks effectively.

· Skilled in identifying and mitigating project risks, both internal and external.

· Capable of leading internal and external teams to collaborate cohesively.

· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

· Able to articulate ideas clearly and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

· Ideally a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management.

· Relevant certifications in project management are advantageous.

· Experience managing project budgets exceeding £50,000.

· Proficient in budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.

· Additional proficiency in a second language (German/French/Mandarin) is preferred.

· Demonstrated expertise in managing client accounts and nurturing long-term relationships.

· Significant experience in organizing live events, including exhibitions, conferences, and activations.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Skilled in managing relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

· Experience in managing supply chains effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems efficiently.

· Understanding of Health & Safety processes for live events, including reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

· Health & Safety qualifications are desirable.

· Ability to travel internationally as required for project needs.

· Proficient in managing project logistics to ensure seamless operations.

· Familiarity with the design process and experience collaborating with creative teams to meet client design briefs.

· Experience in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pitching for new business, and tendering opportunities.

· Experienced in managing subcontractors, freelancers, and external resources effectively.
