Are you a dynamic and eager and energetic professional in event operations management, seeking an exciting opportunity at the heart of luxury events in London? Look no further! We are currently hiring an Event Operations Floor Manager to join our prestigious hotel events space.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the operations on the event floor, ensuring seamless execution of events from setup to breakdown.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of event staff, including servers, coordinators, and support staff, to guarantee exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients and event organizers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure all expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff to guarantee the smooth flow of events.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the event spaces.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event operations management, preferably in a high-end hotel or luxury event space.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics.
Requirements:
  • Can do attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
