Operations Coordinator

Within this role you will support the smooth operational running of the creative production group. Ensuring the implementation of the best practices and procedures within the production and creative framework. Supporting the group where required across production, content, creative and film. If you have administrative experience and would like to work within a creative environment, this could be the role for you!

Tasks

  • Support the workflow management working alongside various Director and management levels within the business.
  • Support timelines across various areas including Video and Creative teams.
  • Administrative tasks such as contracting and managing freelance resources, including processing invoices with the Senior Ops Manager.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and pitches/presentations
  • Attend client meetings, calls, and reviews as required
  • Liaise with content producers to help develop an accurate brief, working closely with project lead/department heads.
  • Manage supplier relationships

Package

  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £25,000 - £28,000 + annual incentive bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holiday
  • Health Insurance + BUPA Wellbeing App & annual health check
  • 9.00am - 5.00pm - Flexible Working (Business needs will always prevail however, we are seeking for candidates to work in the office 3 days per week - full details during interview)
  • Wellbeing day
  • Pension 4% contribution
