Event Executive - Global Events

THE COMPANY

This agency produce and deliver a range of corporate events from global conferences and private client events to intimate meetings and elaborate parties.

Due to their on-going success they have established a long standing client base with various corporates, charities and private clients and are now looking to expand the team in order to ensure they can continue to successfully deliver events for their clients.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Event Executive to join their team to support in the planning and delivery of live events.

Producing a diverse range of events you will be involved in supporting the wider events team with all aspects of project management, event management and logistics across client events both in the UK and overseas.

The role will involve international travel 3-5 times per year with the opportunity to go onsite at events all over the globe. The role will be office based to ensure you are receiving the support required from the team however will be offered a flexible hours approach to enable a better work/life balance.

Working as part of a dedicated and committed team you will get involved in:

• Supporting in the end to end delivery of events
• Creating project plans
• Researching and sourcing venues
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Delegate management
• Event logistics
• Supporting the events team in designing and preparing proposals
• On site management with potential for international travel

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the events sector either as an Events Management Graduate or in a working environment. You will be hard working, passionate and have a true can-do attitude that this company champions.
