EV Sales Team Leader

£28-35k basic plus commission

London

Permanent/Full Time

Benefits: 25 days Annual Leave; Medical Insurance; Life & CI Insurance

Monday - Sunday (on a rota)

Our client is on the lookout for a EV Sales Team Leader to join their brand new team based in Canary Wharf, London. This role would be ideal for an experienced Sales Manager or a sales professional within the motor trade looking for a new opportunity within EVs. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Motivating, managing, organising and encouraging new ideas and processes to increase performance.
  • Managing the team effectively, including roster planning and ensuring optimum staff levels at all times.
  • Providing the sales team training and coaching, ensuring the team are delivering great service.
  • Working with the team to maximise sales whilst promoting a strong profit per unit.
  • Ensuring fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners.
  • Working closely with the finance team ensuring you achieve the best deal for every customer.
  • You will be targeted around sales/profit performance and customer satisfaction performance.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Experience within a Sales Leader/Management position within the motor trade.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
