Local Business Compliance

Collaborate closely with partners to ensure business frameworks adhere to all local regulations and standards, such as licenses and importation requisites.
Product Compliance in Local Markets
Identify market-specific prerequisites for vehicles in new territories to ensure optimal market penetration, including local tax incentives for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and additional requirements beyond current Type Approvals.
Directly manage the local market compliance process with relevant authorities, facilitating market access.
Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to address any necessary modifications to meet local standards.
Expansion of Dealer Network
Identify and assess potential dealer collaborators in fresh markets, considering their reputation, capabilities, and alignment with brand ethos.
Lead negotiations and finalize dealer agreements, ensuring terms align with both parties' interests and comply with standards.
Dealer Criteria and Training
Establish and disseminate clear standards for dealerships, ensuring a consistent brand experience globally.
Provide comprehensive training and support to new dealer partners to ensure alignment with service and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Relationship Building
Foster robust relationships with both new and existing dealer partners, promoting collaboration and addressing any concerns or challenges promptly.
Work closely with internal teams to collect feedback from dealers and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated track record in introducing automotive brands into new markets.
Profound comprehension of global automotive regulatory mandates and market-specific requisites.
Proficiency in negotiating and crafting dealer agreements.
Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in handling concurrent projects.
Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in fostering relationships.
Capacity to travel extensively to new markets as required.
