European Marketing Manager

Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in their industry with their search for a Commercial European Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be required to work a minimum 2 days a week in the office (Monday and Tuesday).

Day to day:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives for the European market
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
• Responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans for each key European geography, outlining key objectives, strategies, and tactics
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence in the European market
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the European region to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Establish and nurture relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders
• Regularly monitor marketing insights, including competitor activities and market dynamics, to stay informed about industry trends and identify strategic opportunities

We would love to see:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on the European market
• Strong understanding of European market trends, consumer behaviour, and regulatory landscape
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that have positively impacted brand growth and market share

Our client is offering a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, along with 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension, life assurance and a healthcare cash plan.
