Job Description

Morgan Mckinley are working with a company in East Bristol who are looking for a Global Payroll Manager to lead a team and be key in large projects.

Job Title: Senior Global Payroll Manager
Location: East Bristol (offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office)
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Company Overview: Join a global, fast growing, ever changing company in East Bristol. Our client is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Manager to become an integral part of their dynamic finance team. With a strong culture of collaboration and support, this role offers the opportunity to lead the payroll function and be part of a team of 12 payroll professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be managing the payroll team within the UK and be instrumental in bringing in the European Payroll inhouse, you will be overseeing the whole function and be involved in key projects across the business coupled with being pivot in bringing in new and streamlining current processes.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working as a Global Payroll Manager of a large business
  • Team management experience
  • Experienced in change management/project management

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum plus bonus
